Cannot run anymore

I just exit Pinwheel Harbor via gate near river and cannot run anymore. I teleported back to "base" and cannot run there either. Is this some bug?

Could you possibly send us your save game files so we can take a look for you?

Sorry, i unistalled game already. The bug fixed itself when I started from the start.
