I don't know what's happening, already tried to reinstall/repair the game, but it just don't work and always get stuck on loading screen after the two cutscenes on the container area

I'm playing singleplayer and suddenly in Chapter 3, I saw a weird character called "Stranger". Turned out to be another player and I can no longer pause the game. I had the bug where the save game suddenly disappear and reappear when I was about to load the game so it might have been what messed up the setting. Is there a way to turn it off? I read that under "Options" there's supposed to be a "Playstyle" setting to change it but I can't find it....

Everything about it feels cheap and poorly executed. There's barely any challenge, saving survivors is lame and repetitive (just clear the zombies around ''x'' and they run away) making combos on the go, being able to save in the menu, no real incentive on time, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dialogues, zombies lost all their charm, combat is basically batman arkham from wish.com, main character is not appealing, etc, etc, etc. I paid 5$ for this game and i'm still dissapointed. This is not a dead rising game, just some generic b...

Система windows 10 x64, запускал на совместимость винды 7,8, но тщетно. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что делать? P.S. Нажимаю играть, светится запущено, окна с игрой нет и потом в стиме вылет, ошибку даже не показывает...

How can i remove this?
