3rd star ending not working

I have fixed every acarde games and played them, I have played the three secret mini games and I have gotten the picture but it will not give me the third star ending. I also never gotten jumpscared but never got the "master of stealth achievement". Do I have to litterally never be seen, because that's impossible since there's many time they make no noise behind doors and I go in and they are right there.

From what I remember you also need to place the 4th paper pal in the party room and need to get the 6th hat from the balloon boy arcade game for the 3 star ending. As for master of stealth if you have never been caught in any part of your save then the achievement might be bugged for you.
