I asked the same thing about two years ago, and was immediately called a rat that just wanted a free game. I played this with a friend and I actually liked it, I'd hate to see it go.

The only reason why I didn't buy this game so far it's because mp is dead so yeah going f2p could save it

Just make it f2p and add dlc characters!

thank god they didnt make it f2p

if you dont have friends to play with then organise a group and gather active players interested in playing instead of waiting for problems to solve themselves

just like you would hate for the developer to see his share of money for a sold copy that you are too cheap to buy and would rather wait to leech a f2p

Well, if the game had any significant effort put into it the online would be active. Why in the hell would or should I have to put any amount of money into a game that I can't play, in reality you're just a bootlicker. Sell me a product I can use and I'll buy it, otherwise it sits on the shelf until it expires. Going f2p is the only way to save this dead game. Also want to mention that the economy has been pretty f*cked in the South since Obama, I barely make enough to pay for food, bills, and the internet. So yeah I'm just being cheap.

then keep begging for free stuff cheap boy.

Also keep beliving going f2p is the magical way to get random crowd flowing, look how that did good for Evolve or Battleborn or so many others who went f2p and died.

I have friends to play the game so I dont have to rely on some randoms online to enjoy the game, and it wont be dead for me.

Besides the game has Remote Play so keep begging here for someone to add you and play with them using Remote Play. You're welcome

If you would buy your own copy you could invite anyone to play cause Remote play dosent require others to own the game.

Your example is of false equivalence. Those two games were pretty much dead on arrival, and weren't enjoyable to play. They both for lack of a better term, sucked. Stop bootlicking soyboy, you're wrong. Projecting is a child's move.

I played Battleborn and it is one good game kiddo so you dont even know what the bullsh*t you spread

like I said, go beg someone to add you and invite to play with Remote Play if you want to be a cheap leech and enjoy the game without paying for it. Again, you're welcome

Leech huh. Yeah. I bet you support EA too. Am I a leech for not being okay with greed, or will you insult me more like a child. Greed should not be supported on any level, EVER. If they put in effort to fix the game, yeah I'd by it, but not until then. I'm really struggling with how you can't comprehend the concept of bad product = not buying. You act as if I want to pirate this game, which would actively make the devs lose money.

bad product? Maybe that's what the doctor said after your were born.

This is a great game and I enjoy the hell out of it with friends

I regret purchasing this game. I could never find a game and was just told to ask around their discord like an idiot. That never works. That's essentially gate keeping since I have to pop in to a discord server where nobody knows me, head over to lfg and put down a message that nobody responds to. Been there-done that with many games that eventually die. Also multiplayer lobbies are straight up broken. Me and a friend had to try a bunch of times just to play with each other one night. We eventually dropped the game because of how frustrating it was.

Not even f2p is going to save this game. No effort has been put into this game. I occasionally stop by to see if it's made any progress and nope. Same story of going to discord and asking for games. It's a shame cause this is one of the better playing platform fighters but it's like they thought it was good enough as it is and just left it alone.

funniest ♥♥♥♥ i've seen this today. thank you

The devs just need to price it reasonably for the kind of scale of sales it needs to stay alive. $5 would get the multiplayer really happening.

That would be a decent compromise
