what exactly are the effects of continuing on after beating the game and rolling back to the start of the campaign? do enemies have more health, deal more damage, yield more money? does it change with every extra +++?

Logged 41 minutes...of frustration. Choices seem to be small window mode, or full screen that cuts off most of the menu, which is irreversible, so the game has to uninstalled and reinstalled to the small mode back. This has to be done multiple times to get a visible options menu. Weapons shop and upgrades seem pointless, as even after purchasing an setting them up, and even testing them, they disappear when starting the first level.
