I hope there is a way to fix it. I've tried deleting save and starting over but that didn't work. I'm going to try uninstalling and reinstalling now to see if that works.

I uninstalled the game then reinstalled the game, then deleted save files in game and started a new game and got an achievement. I hope this works for you
I'm not sure if just uninstalling and reinstalling them opening your save file will work to get missed achievements.

Speaking to Fofiño after completing everything makes the achievement pop up :)

i wasn't getting any achievements as i was playing. i am on steam deck and rectified the issue by ensuring the game was running on proton experimental. other protons wouldn't let the achievements pop.

luckily i didn't have to replay anything either. after switching to proton experimental, i just went back to the maps and clicked the NPCs or the special achievement cats and they triggered.

It is also worth remembering that the game has a native Linux version and should run on the Steam Deck without needing to use Proton.
