So does anyone else get that on start up, read its to do with the rpgmaker or whatnot?

I got it. Something to do with some java script thing. I hope it didn't interfere with my play through but unsure if it did or not.

nah it doesn't interfere. just close it and be on your way.

that's what i did then after i finished the game i found out there is a patch for the game on their site to add in content that is most likely not allowed on steam. Read the post titled "death screens" if you want to know what is in it.
