For the radio stations check in your Library in Steam if they're enabled. To do this right-click on the game, select Properties and then the DLC tab. Check to make sure they're enabled. If they do not show up as purchased try restarting Steam.
Does your city keep losing money if you let it run for a bit? Just avoid saving it if continues to be the case, but let it run 5 min to see if it stabilizes.
Loading Screen Mod has disabled itself due to the update.
If this was an old post i could understand, but this is a brand new post clearly aimed at the new update.
The Loading Screen Mod might not load the new content, but if a city is not loading at all from a simulation error, it's still an option. Plus this is only temporary anyways as the mod is almost certainly gonna be updated. So I included it so I don't forget to add it later.
Try verifying game files through Steam to have the DLCs show up.

CO_Avanya, seeing how CO encourages modding, and Loading Screen Mod is crucial to that, might I suggest that CO compensate the creator, Thule5, for his hard work and incorporate that mod into the base game?
Of course, we patiently await an update to the mod, but we cannot be selfish because this is someone's free time project.
However, the memory management of the game itself is not efficient enough on its own. I feel that CO owes Thule5 a debt for his part in making it possible for most users to run the game with popular mods and assets, and that directly contributes to the popularity of the game, benefiting CO.
Please see this thread. Modders are working on updating their mods, but it may take a while.

Is there an option to turn off auto updates so this doesn't happen in the future and then we can allow the important mods to be fixed before the game patch? I can only see an option to change how quickly it auto updates.
I know the core game is ok but when you build a city using these mods and then it is rendered unusable (even for a short period) isn't ideal.
No, the only option would be to disable automatic updates through Steam and not start the game until then. And then you may as well use the launch option -noWorkshop to check out the new content while you wait.
I see that the Airports DLC is the new addon but that has to be purchased, is there any other content added?
The free patch applies the changes we've made, which is what the mods need to be updated for. So whether you get the DLC or not you will need to check which mods are broken and which ones are updated.
The Loading Screen Mod blocks new content, which likely also includes some of the free content. But if that's the only mod you use or need to play your modded city, you should be fine and just missing new stuff.
"On Air Radio" and "Calm the Mind Radio" are missing after Buy and Install.
And YES - I did everything (restart Steam, check properties and installed DLC) and 3 new DLC work BUT this two one (new radio stations) don't work at all (they are not exist inside the game).
So PLS @CO_Avanya give me and others in the same situation an answer - should we wait for some update or just retourn this 2 new DLC, because they are unusable now?
