We’re excited to bring you the latest update, packed with bug fixes and improvements to enhance your gameplay experience. Here’s a list of Bug Fixes addressed in this patch:

Item Spawn Issue: We’ve resolved the bug causing problems with item spawns. You should now experience smoother item placement and acquisition.

Dialogue Text Errors: The nonsensical characters and texts that appeared in dialogues have been corrected. Most conversations should now make perfect sense (but there will be some funny ones of course!)

Floating Items: Fixed the issue where some items were floating in the air inexplicably. Items should now behave as expected in their designated locations.

YukiHouse Purchase Error: We’ve addressed the error that prevented players from purchasing items at YukiHouse. The process should run smoothly now!

Farm Items in Vehicles: The bug affecting the placement and retrieval of farm items from vehicles has been resolved. Manage your farm inventory with ease!

House Item Count: The issue with the number of items displayed inside houses has been fixed. The number should now accurately reflect the amount of furniture.

Collider Bug in Stackable Furniture: We’ve tackled the collider bug that affected stackable house furniture. Arrange your furniture without collision issues!

Vehicle Disappearance: The problem of vehicles sometimes disappearing has been addressed. Important Note: If you’re still encountering this issue, please send us your ‘save files’ via Discord so we can investigate further.

Hotel PC UI Bug: The UI bug affecting the hotel PC has been resolved. Enjoy a seamless interface for all your hotel management needs.

We are pushing an update that will address some known bugs that players were facing, along with other improvements. We also wanted to thank you guys for your help while tracking all this stuff through our Discord Server[discord.gg]. We really appreciate it!

Here is a list of what we did address in this update:

-We made a bug fix in the 4 house's fight system.

-We did update the menu and gameplay UIs.

-We fixed a bug in the item counting bar placed inside the house.

-The number of vehicles that can be owned increased to 10.

-The item bug that randomly spawned around house number 19 in the architecture system is now fixed.

We appreciate your patience while we were working on these fixes. The team is working hard to deliver the best experience on both, Estate Agent Simulator and Clothing Store Simulator - our newest game that is participating on the Steam Next Fest right now. WARNING ALL CITIZENS! We’ve detected an increase in criminal activity in our beloved city. Please read carefully.

The Utopia Police Department has received several reports of houses being assaulted by masked suspects. The victims claim that several pieces of furniture have been subtracted from their properties.

Important note: All the assaulted properties have a common point. They were all empty from renters by the time these robbers committed their crimes. Please, be extremely cautious and don’t leave your houses empty for a long period of time if you want to avoid these robberies.

These robbers are known to be greedy. We managed to catch one of the suspects by reaching the place shortly after receiving the warning. We are sure that you can also interrupt their crimes if you reach your properties fast enough.

We hope that this warning puts everyone under advice to minimize the amount of people affected. We will continue to update you through our channels at Discord!

Good day, people of Utopia, our beloved City! Chief of the Police Department here.

I would love to take a bit of your time for a very important announcement.

Lately, we have been receiving a lot of reports from worried neighbours regarding the multiple traffic incidents that have been taking place in our beloved city by people who are performing reckless driving. This has led to a state of insecurity that our department can not tolerate.

Starting today, we will pursue this unacceptable behaviour with all our resources, to ensure that everyone who drives through our streets takes extreme caution and does not risk anyone’s security.

From now on, every traffic incident will result in a fine of enough amount to make those uncivil drivers think twice before committing another fault.


Every time you hit another person’s car, this incident will be reported and the fine will be deducted directly from your account in a lapse of 3 days. WARNING! Every single crash will be reported and charged simultaneously at the end of those 3 days.

Infractors will be notified by email when the charges are made to their accounts.

We hope that this new traffic regulation delivers much safer streets for our beloved Utopia.
