i have a desktop with i7-8700k, 32 gigabytes of ram and rtx 2080 ti. the game runs well but, it for some reason runs physx on the cpu, rather than the gpu. even though the gpu is set as the physx processor. another issue is that it during certain story elements makes my cpu fan spin up. none of this issues affects performance however.
