Plant vase item not spawning

The vase that spawns on the second floor on the pyramid of potted plants isn't spawning in for me. I've been running around for like an hour trying to find this last item. Looked it up. It wasn't there.

I changed the location of a few items in the update. The vase item you are currently looking for should now be around the corner of the first floor stairs.
