Hello. When I first played the game, I managed to unlock the achievement for finishing the prologue. But for some reason, none of the others did.

I finished the game on normal, with all character alive, and nothing! Does anyone else have this problem too? Is there a way to fix it? Is this a problem of the game itself, Steam, or the fact I played the game primarily without an internet connection?
