seems like a pretty easy fix, nobody has done it for some reason
Today I was studying the Microids retail release VS this Steam version and unfortunately it is not that simple.
The video files are loose .bik files in the retail release but not in the Steam version. Both versions use these .hvp files as some sort of compressed file format but the .hvp files in the install directory do not share the same names when compared to the Steam install ones. Restoring anything that was cut in the Steam version would require extracting and repacking these .hvp files. A quick google search reveals someone once figured out how to extract the .hvp files but I have not found how they did it yet.
After that, just unpack the kinepack.hvp file with it (drag and drop the hvp file on the unpacker). The first .bik file is the intro video.
Edit : Nevermind, it's fixed, it was a problem with the control settings (use the keyboard vs controller).
Can you send me a link to the files that I need for this to take effect ?
I can not post the file (intro video) here, I don't want trouble with Steam, it's not legal (also the file is huge)
