My issue is that in two sections of the game, which I had to replay several times over the course of my attempts to play through it, namely when an enemy appears as you move back inside after killing the one enemy outside the building, and again after the cutscene of getting the radio and stab-proof vest, even when I had my crosshair trained on exactly the centre mass of the enemy and was actively firing before they appeared, none of my shots would register and I would be killed, eventually causing game ov...
