Pausing is expensive
Do you still have to pay for pausing the game in the full release?

Hello. Active pause is expensive and has cooldawn coz competitive mode was designed to be hectic and in a way adrenalne filled. Making it free would make time aspect of competitive challenge obsolete. If you dont like it you can try daily challenge and casual mode - there are no time restrictions there.

The casual mode in the demo also does not have a pause button.

It is turnbased so it is kinda unnecessary :)
