Game is not for me as I find the experience of playing this game to be a rancid affair--but there is charm here that I don't want to rob anyone going in with if they are looking for a brain rotting experience fighting lizards with friends. It is not however a hidden gem or a game of any quality beyond being a bizarrely successful meme game with nothing else going for it.

It certainly does what it sets out to do for whatever that is worth, and for a storefront filled with asset flips this at least has carved an identity and weirdly large fanbase through the purity of its slav jank. I can't hate that. If I had friends to play this with I would probably appreciate it a bit more.

I don't recommend it to anyone who is looking for an actual functioning videogame with any amount of stakes.

I especially don't recommend this to anyone looking to play it with a controller--K/M controls are a bit more functional but the complete lack of impact from hits makes the whole lizard killing affair feel like I'm swinging around a wet paper towel. Also you can't rebind keys, at least from what I can tell.

It is undeniably functional-ish and I am sure the ridiculous amount of positive reviews are in jest, but for me it fails to deliver a satisfyingly meaty monster mashing experience to recommend seriously. A modicum of effort to at least allow some keybinding could make this a bit less insufferable but even for a joke game it boggles the mind with how little effort was put into the game itself.

Not worth the dollar to anyone if they don't have friends willing to damage their brains by playing this with them.
