Maybe also a tow service to get the cars we gain from the storage yards to the house? :) I know we have a bus and can just make multiple trips, but when you win 6+ units at 2 different storage yards, the added trips for cars makes it an extra long day.

i was also thinking a function where the customers can automatically purchase items we have for sale if the price is to their liking. Some things are worth haggling over...others just seem really petty.

After that, I'd like a packing/moving service that can pack the items i purchased at the storage facility and fixed/scanned their prices. just poof everything to my garage. Although i own the houses...i still use the starter garage. it's just in a more efficient location for me.

yup....i think that should just about alleviate the grind enough to enjoy the amusement park a bit more and begin to demand other things :)

put your items in a box IN YOUR HOUSE. it wont be able to be sold.
