I assume you have turned off windowed mode, if not then do that. If that doesn't work and you have the wrong aspect ratio with a tiny box, then you may have to adjust the aspect ratio in your gpu settings. I can only tell you how to do it on nvidia. Open nvidia control panel, open the display drop down menu, click on adjust desktop size and postion, I use aspect ratio, but you can try full screen if you like, and apply the setting. Hey thanks for the reply, Sorry I took so long to get back to ya. Just got off work but regardless I retried everything just incase again because you never know overnight n such but still happening but what's interesting now is the stuttering is now also happening in the DirectX 8 version when it wasn't previously so I moved the game files to a new HDD, Still happening so currently reinstalling it right now.

I'm not the best at PC's but ik abit but even then this has absolutely stumpted me so if you have any ideas or suggestions I'm all ears. Thanks very much :D

Edit: Some more interesting stuff I've learnt is the menu at the very top left has a gear that spins and that doesn't stutter in the slightest, It's perfectly smooth so doesn't seem to be the game as much as the movement?? I'm stumpted tbh

Edit Edit: Just randomly deleted my config bc was outta ideas and it worked? Apparently some how on earth config corrupted or something? But working now :D
