[BUG] Stuck on Elissa
Argh argh argh. I went into Roland's bar to talk to people, and I tried talking to Elissa as she was walking down the stairs, and now we are stuck together and can't move.

Saving and loading does not help, I am still stuck.

And my last saved game was a long time ago. ARGHHHHHHHHHH

try save on a different slot and then reload it, maybe this will unstuck you.
If it doesnt work then check out your save files, the last 10 on the 100th page you will see some nice autosaves to save your day !

Same thing just happened to me, spoke to Elissa on the stairway and I am stuck. I can spin in a circle but that is all.

Yep, go to page 0, and load the yellow highlighted text for the latest auto-saved game progress.
