im already lost

so I get that part of the game is figuring things out on your own.

im 15 minutes in, on the 2nd or 3rd level, when the lodger says something about him being a "world-ologist"

I entered the forest after the door opened and...I have no idea where im supposed to go. how do i properly navigate the forest parts?

just go

there is a small location around house.
A few lines up and down and it's all looped.

Every round here you will find house and could enter.
But fist you can follow the quiet singing and find girl in white. Come up to her moving from up, or from down and will see some.. things
