if anyone happens to know a solution, other than going to the pcconfig.txt and changing stuff over there, please type it down, afraid i wasted my money. Really dont know what else to do.

I just got the game, but it keeps crashing right after before the main menu loads in (so I can't access settings or anything like that). I looked at multiple forums/videos and have either done what they said or couldn't figure out how to do the things they said. Please help, I really want to play this game!...

I tried reinstalling DirectX and replacing only the file that is having problems (XAPOFX1_5), tired compatbility mode but still nothing, the play button on steam just goes back to green and it shows the notice when lauching the exe directly. Since updating to windows 11 I've been having a lot of dll problems, but by replacing the especific files always does the trick, but not this time...

I still remember. All we had to do was find a few sticks and rocks and mash them together to make tools so we could hunt and live another day.. Some of us would die but damn I miss those times.
