Grey screen during the game

Hi,
Have any of you had a problem with the game screen being all gry or having grey stripes while playing ? The bug didn't affect the radar marker at the bottom of the screen. Anyone know how to fix this ?

and you are not talking about areas that you do not control right? because at the start any area you do not control is grey and changes to colored when you take it over....

I have this issue, constantly, it's like if your screen is being full of big rain falls in black or grey and light, you can't see a damn thing and it last 5 to 10 sec.
I have the same thing on his outfits (main character), it is a problem of reflection of light (sometimes his outfit are very clear and it sparkles and some other time it is normal, and some other time if behind the guy there is a light and let's say a construction you can see on his outfits the reflects of the construction but it is very bad, it is not like a nice shade)
Something could be done in the options but the video options are non existent
