FPS capped at 37?
I cannot get the game running over 37 FPS. It is like it is internally capped or something. Even on the minimum settings (which puts my GPU at like a 30% load) it still wont run over 37 with V-Sync on OR off. Anyone else have this issue?

I am having the same issues even redowloading driver or redownloading the game does nothing for it

Same, the game is literally locked at 37fps... changing graphical quality doesn't fix it, nothing
