Thank you. I have already played KR1 and frontier on web browser but I read that on PC they are different like you get access to all heros. KR Origins I heard that it is better in terms of creativity and graphics but it is not well balanced and easier as compared to KR1&2.
With KR2 (frontiers) endless stages is something worth considering. I just can't make up my mind which to go for. Was hoping to get as many gaming experience from others to help me make up my mind.
I have read the features for KR Frontier and it said their are 3 difficulty modes. So the endless mode is one of the three available modes? Just making sure as I quite like that mode and probably go for Frontier version instead because of it.
"Classic, Iron, and Heroic game modes to challenge your tactical skills!
Three difficulty modes! Are you up for a real challenge? Go with Hard mode!"
I know that at least the last four levels were exclusive to Steam at first as the "Curse of Castle Blackburn" mini-campaign, it came out a couple of months after the game came to Steam. I believe it's now also available on mobile, but it was never available on the free flash versions of the game.
The difficulty levels just refer to easy, medium and hard difficulty levels. All the games have these, and Origins also has the "impossible" difficulty level unlocked after you beat the campaign once. Of course, you will only enjoy this if you like a real challenge and you enjoy playing on the highest difficulty already.
The endless mode is a separate thing entirely, it's basically two new maps that, as the name suggests, keep going on endlessly until you lose all your lives. You can replay them over and over to try to complete more waves and get a higher score.
