Locked box in the church
How do you open the metal box with a padlock in the banquet hall in the church?
Beat the game and did not know how to open it.

i believe in the beginning of the game, you need to use your m9 to shoot the electrical panel instead of using your bolt cutters. then you will have complete bolt cutters to open that lock box
