Hi the game is not booting up, on the steam it says GamingReapair.PROGRAM next to starting icon.

if i do really quick 2 boot up tries it boots up but then gets stuck at launching screen.

so far i've tried;
reinstall
driver update
windows update
integrity check

any help would be appreciated
