Can't access parts for cargo truck
The parts are in cans (big ones) and I can't access a single part. HELP!!!!! Game is impossible

Need more information, if I think I understand what you are asking, you can access the resources in the landing vehicle from the rover storage which is found in the access ramp from outside the vehicle and on the underside.

I think he's in the campaign mission. All you need to do is approach the supply drop with your construction tool equipped. Try that out.
