A Startopia update! This time a brand new Beta, and not to be confused with the minor splash screen update I posted earlier. It's kind of a big deal, although not a terribly exciting update, I'm afraid; consider it a scene setter, though, that will hopefully pave the way for some slightly more interesting updates going forwards. A couple years ago the ex mucky foot dev said he was making a game on the side. Is that still happening?

As soon as I launch the game I get the following errors: -Could not find a Direct3d Device; -Initialisation error: Unrecognized error: 0x81000004 -Could not find any compatible Direct3d devices. Freezing after the FMV intro, at the loading bar screen. AMD RX 5700, tried latest 22.2.2 as well as some older drivers, no joy. Anyone else able to reproduce?
