Can you do this in any way like in the first game?

I know you can deselect lots of stuff and reduce clutter,
but still, I use all 3 potions for healing, stamina potions and few traps, rock etc,

so If iI need specific potion to heal or status potion or stamina it would be great as in the first game to open weapon wheel and slow down time, then browse what you need easy.

But controls are mapped weird here in the second game, the same buttons that go left/right for tools are the same for weapon technics......
