they keyboard bind is left control (grab button, pretty sure,) after you've got a charged multiplier.

i've seen some talk that you've got to get the multiplier with the bow itself, which means that you'd have to shoot 5 or 10 arrows (depending on your upgrades) before you could shoot a fire arrow.

i'm pretty sure, though, that you can shoot them any time you are charged.
