SWG Legends Developer Staff is an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!
I will get straight to the point so I had this issue with the game that I completed every quest on tansari point station and like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot forgot to collect those dust thingies but I ALREADY ACTIVATED THOSE ONE TIME VETERAN REWARDS! So I deleted my character and decided to start from scratch but since already lost that cool ass armor direct boost to max level cap 90 so I have to go through all that over bunch of collectibles because it's a SEVERE CASE OF COMPLETIONIST'S BURDEN! So when I was pacing and seething around due my anger my mom saw me and asked me what's wrong and I told her everthing she said if they make hoopla about such things they don't deserve new players but I insisted that it's very cool game so she said "Alright, let's play together!" so I created an account for her and during creation process I made it so that it was referred to my user name shadowwarrior and then we started waiting and the response we got from devs is literally "From shadowwarrior to KhergitLancer huh? Get ♥♥♥♥♥♥" BUT WHY?! IF I WAS TRYING TO CREATE 2ND ACCOUNT I WOULDN'T REFER MY USER NAME BECAUSE I RECOMMENDED THE GAME TO MY MOM RIGHT? In any event I already lost interest in playing the for all I care ♥♥♥♥ this game, ♥♥♥♥ devs, ♥♥♥♥ those support it beacuse if this how new players get treat like that this game is not going to establish a player base now if you excuse me I'm gonna have to SHOVE THOSE 2 ORIGINAL COPIES I PAID FOR UP MY ASS!

This is all very clearly stated on their website, but you can get in touch with them on discord, they might make an exception if you explain it all.

To make a 2nd account from the same IP you need to ask permission first that's clearly laid out.

As to the Dev's, some good, some not so much. My son and I ran into one of the 'not so much' variety. We're a military family so from time to time my son's here at home (vice being in Japan in this instance) and a 'newish' dev went all nuts because we were playing from the same IP.

We asked it to be kicked up above the game and the next person totally understood how military families worked and gave us the OK.

Like Puppetmaster said either get on discord or post over on their official forums what happened and what the other dev said.

There are other servers. I suggest New Beginnings. Also tell them before creating a second account. If I recall correctly, New Beginnings gives each character the level 90 item, and a starter set of Heroic Jewelry.

I literally forgot about this thread until I got notification of this comment, I forgot about this game and already moved on but still thanks for the answer.
