how to get the achievement pulitzer?

do i have to collect all the documents and recordings from the base game and dlc? ive collected all in the base game but havent got the achievement yet..

For "Pulitzer", just the base game. Use this guide to make sure you didn't miss anything. There are a few that are kind of hidden off of the beaten path.

For pulitzer, yes you need the dlc, for all achivements you need the dlc

No, you don't. "Educated" and "Pulitzer" are in the base game. "Archivist" and "Legacy" are in the DLC.
