I don't use steam that often but I know it has mods. For the life of me I cannot find where the mods are for this game? I recall reading on reddit that someone had created a mode for the game that rebalanced a lot of things and overall made the game better, without alienating the unique gameplay.

So, where do I install mods - like - what do I actually click on to find them? And does the mod i described above exist or did i imagine it?
