Easy to pick up, snappy pacing, and plenty of options and builds to experiment with. All the stats and effects are explained clearly in the tooltips so it never feels overwhelming or obscure. This is a solid Survivors-style game.

The game's being consistently worked on and updated throughout Early Access and the dev seems committed and responsive to feedback. As of writing there's already a decent (and consistently expanding) amount of content, and the game is very much playable right now. All Early Access green flags.

Experience is great on both Windows and Steam Deck, with some occasional slight wonkiness when mixing mouse and gamepad navigation in the menus (which is also an aspect that's improved over the last few patches). This game is worthwhile to pick up now.

Basic hooks are there for complexity but without more dynamic play for beginners on their first run that early time spent will quickly feel stale.
