Hey, not sure what's happening, so we granted the code to your account manually, you can find the decal under Special > Snails in the decal customization menu.

Hello WarThunder dev, I am a new player to WarThunder and I enjoyed this game a lot, I have around 7 pals that I enjoy playing games with them, we usually don't have situations that we all be in one game but since I saw WarThunder is fun and easily access able I asked them all to get this game, over time they eventually got it, we couldn't usually time it to be online at the same time but today 5 of us had the opportunity to be on and I was like we can invite more than 4 people to out squad so we must be alright for a 5 or 6 man squad, unfortunately upon inviting the 5th friend, we couldn't queue for arcade and it made a very uncomfortable situation in our friend group because one of us had to go so the others could play, I'm sure many of WarThunder players have suggested this game to friend groups, I ask you to put yourself in my spot, imagine how I felt when I realized I cant share the fun with my friends, so I said to myself maybe this request can reach the developer team and they try and make it possible for us new players to play with more friends on Arcade, we can bring more players to this game
