No HDR toggle. No way to disable camera effects that make the picture blurry. Both ini tweaks that could be easily patched if they wanted to...

I haven't played since beating it on launch. Did the change anything about the progression when it comes to gear? Can I make builds now? Or just the new challenges stuff?

Kinda disappointing they didn't improve some of the obvious shortcoming to make the game better...
