Keep getting the same ending

No matter what I do I keep getting the same ending. 2 of 4. Also does anyone know where to find the USB stick and how to buy more than 1 camera? (i'm assuming you need to fill up all 3 camera spots for the achievement)

Achievements Good/Best Explorer

OK I'm stuck trying to get these last two achievements. I got the key and searched her room while sleeping, checked her phone. Nothing else in her room triggers. I have all 4 endings. Going at this for several days now. Can anyone point me in the right direction for both these please?...
