How do you uninstall the patch? The controller and VRAM changes completely destroyed the game for me.
Via Steam console. You can find on SteamDB an ID of every single build that ever existed. This applies to every game on steam. Once you find proper build ID you open console, type in some command and it forces Steam to download older version, it works like an inverted update. Once you are done, you need to switch off your internet connection. Steam won't let you play outdated game as long as you are online (physically, not switching to offline on your friend's list). There are tutorials on reddit what needs to be typed in the console to make it work.
My Game Starts, But Then Steam just says it's Running But Then Nothing.
No game Nothing It just Says Running And that it.
When in game you can just change it back (worked for me)
You will have to do that every time you start the game
To add to this, I uninstall the Sony Network stuff and installed the PSN bypass mod from Nexusmods and am able to launch with no issue now.
