When you go back into the game after the patch is installed, you will see this Yes/No message:

You want to say "Yes" to this as your save data is still from the previous version of the game and is not compatible with the new patch. It will then update your save data to work with the updated game.
If you get something other than this message, and especially if it talks about overwriting the data, check first before pressing anything.

Same here, the game won't launch after the update. I tried reinstalling the game and updating my graphics drivers but it won't still launch.

It might just be that the computer needs to re-cache things since it was some time since I last played and there was a pretty large update recently, but the performance seemed worse than usual, specifically the smoothness when in a match seemed worse.

I installed the update but the new characters are not available I am told to buy the pack even though I already have the season pass

Relax, it only releases in 5 hours or something. Start by reading the notes. Nowhere does it mention unlocking the characters. It's a stability patch, mostly.

Same here. I have tried verifying the game files, reinstalling the game, clearing steam cache, updating graphics driver, allowing the game through firewall, running the game as administrator, running the game in compatibility mode, etc. but none of it worked. I can't open the game after patch 1.19.

It keeps kicking me to the support page on launch, Guess I should just be glad I got to finish the Undisputed story, huh?

Usually that means you have something running that could affect the game. Were you using something with a different game you were playing?

This game won't run after patching. it won't run at all. when I run the game, it comes back to steam screen. Does 2K have any intention of solving these issues?

Same issue here, 2K support only asks for my dxdiag and msinfo every now and then. I just gave up and got tired on replying to the customer support. All the things they provided for solutions didn't work. The patch is the problem for sure since most of us were able to play the game up until the day this patch arrived.

Finish their troubleshooting and they'll work with you to make a report to send to the developers.
