I have lost over a dozen tickets too. I have sent a message to 2k support and got nowhere. they act like they never heard of it asking for screenshot and crap. I find it funny that during faction wars is when I have these 2k server connection problems seem to happen.

Faction War used to be good and stable for me at Ver 1.7. In my case, live events and proving grounds sometimes dropped out connection in old version. Since ver 1.8, it becomes more unstable (need restart the game for couples of times). Wish this inconvenience would be improved soon.

Now I figure out why, especially in 1.19 ver, if you dodged, you would probably be kicked out from on-line mode.

The system crashed at least 5 times when I dodged the running attack from Andre or Hulk.
In the 4th game 2 vs 2 it happened again.
Same as Faction War, 1st round 1st match: 4 vs 4, crashed again
Does anyone experience the same thing?

1.20 Version, happened AGAIN ... since when My Faction becomes counter or suffer ? no dodge or kick you out ?
