Just some minor bug fixes.

Bugfix

• The boss portal in level 3 will now always trigger the next level transition
  
• Fixed some spelling errors in norwegian
  
• The menu now has an exit lock of one second, preventing an accidentally rapid double-tap exit out of the game
  
• The last intro screen's delay before starting level 1 was raised from one second to two seconds
