There is no jumping in the OG Doom games. Unless you use a sourceport that allows it. Jumping can break level progression.

Well, you're misremembering things. Never been a thing in the OG game. You probably played with GZDoom or something similar.

OK, my friend, I may be mistaken, I just remember getting over some lower walls to continue to explore the current level map...

I dunno my friend, I just re-installed it and signed into Bethesda. Tried playing Doom ii original...

I only ask because I thought you could jump some wall and land on the ground to explore more of the map...

Sounds like the unity port then.

Controls should be in the options but you won't find anything about jumping for obvious reasons.

Alternatively, you could always noclip across walls if you want to see a certain area more closely.

So, the call for jumping exists in this release? Odd, I've been told several times that this is just the OG engine running in a unity shell.

The only way I can picture it possible when the option ain't in-game is by altering the config file.
