Keep Campaign Saves/Progress
After seeing this in my library, i tried it out and of course the campaign progress was reset.

After i noticed this, i looked around to be able to keep my campaign progress.
It didn't take that long to find.

Old Location: C:\Users\*\Documents\My Games\company of heroes
(* = your Windows Login Name)

New Location: C:\Users\*\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes Relaunch

I just copied the "savegames" folder from 1 to the other.
I already tested it and the saves still worked for me, as well as what i've completed on campaign.

Also, I didn't copy the "playercfg.lua" file over.
I think the older filder playercfg.lua is for your non-steam game profile.
I read somebody said the stats would be ported over in a month or so, so i'd not bother copying this over.

I figured i can share this to people who had no clue where they were located and still be able to continue where they left off in SP instead of starting over.

Hope it helps.

From what I read, the saved data from MP (Friends, Stats, Record) will be lost.
This will at least let you keep your Saves/Campaign Progress.

I looked into the files and the "campaignstate.lua" file in the saves folders is what tracks your progress and the metals you have gotten (although, idk if that really matters how).

And I mostly play SP only.
I did play some MP matches, but they were just me and a friend vs comps.

And yes, i'm using the New Steam Version.

If you're just playing SP, then i don't think you need to change.

Not sure. I haven't played the Original Version in awhile.

Honestly, i have no clue.
I played team matches with a friend vs computers before the servers got shut down.

I haven't tried on the Non-New Steam Version recently so i don't really know.

You have to switch oderwise you have to use the disk to play, when the old servers close

I am very happy to switch because my retail copy had two codes and I entered them in the wrong order and lost the first campaign, Normandy. I was very upset at this. Now everything is together in one area, no discs needed with all the crazy installs and torrent updates etc.
