Hi,sorry for replying late coz i have been playing the game most of the time. It was the daily reward of top 50 for Transcendent. I clicked the exclamation mark in the morning and didn't claim the time sensitive buff. I thought I should wait until sometime before 8 am the next morning. When I later check it again, it's gone! The same issue occurred for the weekly reward of Raid. The first time you click it and don't claim it right away, the next time you click it will disappear.
