I'm having the same problem but no-one seems to be able to help.

Can I ask you both to email 'aceofspades@jagex.com' with the following

- Your Computer specifications

- A DirectX Diagnostic: (Steps on how to get this are below)

- Press [Windows Key] + R (this will open up a "Run" window)
- Type "dxdiag" and then hit Enter.
- Click 'Save all Information'
- Attach this saved file to your email.

- Your Ace of Spades Crash Log File: (Steps on how to get this are below)

- Click 'Library'
- Right click on 'Ace of Spades' and select 'Properties'
- Navigate to the 'Local Files' tab & select 'Browse Local Files'
- Look for the file named aos_crash_[the date & time stamp].dmp (e.g.?aos_crash_2013_06_14__15_30_36.dmp?).
- Save a copy of the log to an easily accessible location such as your desktop
- Attach the file to your Bug Report email

i have the same problem too and probably for the same reasons, could you post any solutions to this problem in the disscusion so that any others that have the problem can just reference here.
