Seems impossible to get the achievement
tryed a lot of stuff none of them work. Maybe I missed something
-all maps
-all difficulties
-waking against standing/crawling ghost
-staying afk
-used whole crucifix
-on coop/offline
-taking pills while feared

Can't come up with other ideas, so if you get one go ahead.
But most likely, it's bugged.
