Do you really think that adding Steam achievements is enough to gain respect among players? They're almost meaningless when it comes to enjoying a game, and their launcher already has them anyway.

How about starting to fix all of their abandoned games that still have serious issues on modern PCs? For example, Watch Dogs 2 has shadow flickering on Nvidia's RTX cards (thankfully someone found a workaround). Watch Dogs Legion crashes when ray tracing is enabled on RTX cards, and you kill a certain type of drone enemy, and DX12 render has random crashes both on Nvidia and AMD cards.

I would rather see Ubisoft fixing those issues than adding Steam achievements to their games, which requires a bare minimum of efforts.

I don't speak for anyone, hence why I said "maybe people will start to respect your company again".

If you think about what I said, it's more of an assumption. I boycotted Ubisofts games on Steam because they had no achievements. Have been asking for them for years. Now they added them in, I am back playing some REALLY good OG games.

Now, "fixing all their abandoned games" - I mean, this can be said about ANY game developer. Practically all NEW modern games have issues on Modern PC's so I don't know where you have been in the past few years.

Notice how you said "someone found a workaround", this is the "GO TO" for majority of games nowadays.

If you'd rather see Ubisoft "fixing" those issues, why not raise a ticket or make a discussions post or something.

Sorry I am happy to get my achievements. All of their games seem to be fine for me man, maybe an occasional crash (on the older games) and I don't own the NEW ubisoft games so I cannot speak on their behalf.

Anyways, thanks for your opinion man! Hopefully someone at Ubisoft will read this post and see what you typed!!

Because Ubisoft's answer will be, Sorry, we stopped active development of this game, the dev team moved on to the next project a long time ago.

That's what their moderators and representatives say here on Steam forums, on their now defunct Ubisoft forums, on their official Discord server, in Tech Support chat, when they realize they can't help you with your issues, because the game itself is broken.

FC 5 & 6 just got achievements

We are slowly getting there.
Both ghost recon games have achievements, just like fc5 and 6 (fc3 and 4 also already confirmed and will get them soon). Don't expect achievements to be added for AC brotherhood, it doesn't support them even at ubisoft connect.

Ah, I completely forgot that brotherhood doesnt have achievements... what a shame... its a 10/10 game. Thanks for the heads up my dude!
