When we first launched Early Access, we anticipated about 6 months to complete the 5 missions for the full release, but due to internal circumstances, we've been forced to change our entire timeline.

Our revised plan allows us to complete one mission and an artifact system update this year, but we will be temporarily halting updates until November.

We hope you understand that this is an abrupt but unavoidable choice for the team, and we will continue to manage the community to resolve any issues.

Added a final difficulty level to the game, Expert, where all boss monsters have a randomly determined "trait" and killing one with this trait will earn you a "shard" that will be used in the upcoming "artifact" system.

Each mission's Expert difficulty features a special boss monster. They're here to stop your rampage that threatens the peace of the universe, but will they be able to stop you?

• Slayer - The Slayer has arrived to slay the Archon, the self-proclaimed peacemaker of the universe.
  
• Rabbit's Foot - This luck-boosting item is the perfect size to hold in your hand.
  
• Berserker - A powerful weapon that knocks back enemies in range.
  
• Added Trait Menu - A menu where you can see what kinds of traits your monsters can have.
  
• New Achievement - Added an achievement for completing Expert difficulty.

• Reduced the chance and amount of health and armor recovery for Chainsaw and Disc Shooter.
  
• Slightly reduced Mjolnir damage.
  
• Grim Reaper perk's effect duration reduced from 3 seconds to 1 second.
  
• Changed the effect of the scorpion-type monster in Mission 3's input key reversal attack to a zigzag movement.
  
• Halved the number of electric projectiles from the jellyfish-type monster in Mission 3.

• Added the ability to change direction without moving by pressing the Shift key (L1 or R1 on a controller) and the Move key together.
  
• Installing a slow field to slow down enemies when tractor drones pull items.

You will be sent to a barren desert planet to investigate the wreckage of a crashed ship. the planet is full of venomous and dangerous alien creatures, but most of all, beware of the true ruler of the desert lurking in the sands.

Mondo - An alien survivor found on a crashed spaceship, painfully slow but strong.

• Stun gun - Stun gun can be used to continuously attack enemies that are close to you. Although the damage is low, a critical hit can do a lot of damage.
  
• Minigun - The Minigun fires numerous bullets across the screen. It has a high overall damage output, but it is difficult to target a single enemy and reloads slowly.
  
• Tesla Reactor - A gadget that increases the duration of projectiles.

To compensate for the short range and limited use of fist weapons, we've increased their damage and number of attacks.


The original plan was for this patch to include a new mission, final difficulty, and a character enhancement system called "Artifact," but the volume of each piece of content was larger than expected, so we decided to split the update.

Finally, any new content that will be added in the future will be added to the empty slots in the image above, and a full release will take place after all of these updates are complete.

Purchased perks could not be selected with the mouse from the Perk menu in the main menu.

If you see an item in the Armory menu but not in the Achievements menu, it hasn't been developed yet. These items will be added in a future update, so be patient.

While we still have a lot of work to do, we believe we've fixed most of the critical bugs and level design with this patch, so for the next few weeks we'll be focusing on the new missions and expert difficulty. Of course, we will continue to patch additional content, bug fixes, etc. as needed.

The game isn't fully polished yet, but it has more content and balancing work has been done compared to the demo, and the more you play, the more you'll find yourself getting stronger with new content. And if you use your imagination, you can create powerful synergies that make the game look ridiculously easy!

For about a week from now, we will focus on fixing critical bugs and balance issues, and after that, we will proceed with the following scheduled content updates.

Currently, Alien Slayers has 2 missions ready, and at least 3 missions will be added during the Early Access period. However, adding new missions will be the slowest update as they require overall balancing work and massive resources.

There are a total of 49 equipments available right now, and we plan to add at least 10 more during Early Access, Also, perks and drones will be added continuously along with the mission updates.

In addition to training, drones, perks, and mutation systems, there are three major systems planned for addition. It's still too early to reveal the details of the system, but it will be a powerful system that will allow you to take on more difficult missions without interfering with gameplay.
