Odd the game has no V sync option. Try using Gamescope, it has a frame rate limiter and I think a V-sync option aswell. V-sync should not be used as a means to limit the frame rate.

80 degrees is fine for a GPU.
add this to the game's steam launch options:
DXVK_FRAME_RATE=60 gamemoderun %command%

perfect! just what i needed.
where do you find these scripts? i searched but i didn't find anything that worked.
is there a steam guide with all the scripts?

Grazie !
They are not scripts. DXVK configuration options here. https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/blob/master/dxvk.conf

FYI Xenophobe's solution is better than what I suggested.

you're welcome!

I find many of my answers at protondb, https://www.protondb.com/app/20900 , you'll see the DXVK_FRAME_RATE= command in a few posts.
