The way to choose the language is as follows.

In the Steam library, right-click on the game.
Choose Properties / General / Login Option.
Click on the selection window where it will give us three options, among them
“Configure Zombie Driver HD”.
Close the Properties window and start the game.

A new window will open and it will show functions among which is the language change.
Select the language and then click on the drop-down selection.
We give OK to finalize and automatically enters the game.

Now you can enjoy the game in the language you want.

El modo de elegir el idioma es de la siguiente forma.

En la biblioteca de Steam, sobre el juego pulsamos botón derecho del ratón.
Elegimos Propiedades / General / Opción de inicio de sesión.
Pinchamos en la ventana de selección donde nos dará tres opciones, entre ellas
"Configure Zombie Driver HD"
Cerramos la ventana de Propiedades e iniciamos el juego.

Se abrirá una nueva ventana y en ella saldrán funciones entre las que se encuentra el cambio de idioma.
Seleccionamos el idioma y después pinchamos en el desplegable de selección.
Damos OK para finalizar y automáticamente entra al juego.

Ya podéis disfrutar del juego en el idioma que queráis.
